What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• support access to community resources and activities
• administer medications and monitor health conditions as required
• implement behavior support plans and de-escalation techniques when necessary
• document activities, progress, and incidents
• maintain a safe environment
• and participate in training and team meetings.
