Senior Human Resources Generalist

The Senior Human Resources Generalist role is a 100% onsite, full-time position in Oshkosh, WI. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Pay is $70,000–$80,000 annually. The role is the primary day-to-day HR resource for the company’s Oshkosh facility. The generalist provides practical employee and leader support, manages routine employee relations matters, and supports recruiting, onboarding, and HR programs. Consistent policy application, sound guidance, and timely escalation of complex matters help the facility address workforce needs and company objectives.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and leaders
• respond to employee concerns
• coach supervisors on employee relations and performance
• review cases and recommend next steps
• support corrective action, investigations, onboarding, retention, leave processes, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS questions
• maintain employee records
• support workforce planning, training, and engagement initiatives.

Why this role
