Big Data Analyst

The Big Data Analyst role is onsite in Herndon, VA, with work in Springfield, VA as needed, and pays $150,000–$250,000 per year. The analyst supports GRVTY’s mission partners and national-security work, collaborating with software developers, ETL engineers, big-data subject-matter experts, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams. The role evaluates datasets and analytical capabilities to inform government decisions, improve data-engineering approaches, and identify gaps in data and applications. It also works with developers and end users to shape requirements, validate application changes, and answer data or application questions.

Why this role

Requires active TS/SCI clearance and willingness and ability to obtain a CI polygraph; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least 5 years of relevant experience; and scripting experience such as Python, SQL, Spark, or PySpark. Must work onsite in Herndon and be able to work in Springfield as needed.
