The role exists to manage the lifecycle of purchase orders and subcontracts supporting contract maintenance, repair, and construction work. It procures materials and services, coordinates vendors and internal teams, and helps ensure contract requirements, schedules, and documentation are handled appropriately.

What you'll do

• Process purchase orders and service acquisitions
• obtain quotes, qualify vendors, negotiate costs, place and expedite orders
• track deliveries and project performance
• resolve vendor and invoice issues
• prepare activity and status reports
• review contractor reports and certified payroll requirements
• use ERP and order-tracking systems
• replenish stock through the ERP inventory system
• participate in client and departmental meetings
• and prepare master subcontractor agreements.
