Business Applications Analyst

The Business Applications Analyst role is hybrid in Sacramento, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule of three days in the office and two days remote. Compensation is not specified. The analyst maintains and improves business applications, with UKG as the primary system, while supporting integrations, automation, identity and access processes, reporting, and service delivery. The work helps departments translate operational needs into reliable system configurations and more efficient processes.

What you'll do

• Administer and support UKG, NetSuite, Freshservice, Microsoft Entra, Intune, Active Directory, and related systems
• maintain UKG configuration, business rules, security roles, and releases
• support evaluation and implementation of additional UKG capabilities
• build and troubleshoot integrations and data feeds
• improve automations
• provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting
• co-manage Freshservice workflows
• maintain reports, dashboards, documentation, and SOPs.
