The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – NOC Shift role is onsite in Draper, UT, and pays $17–$19 per hour. The position supports residents at Valencia at Draper, a locally owned assisted living and memory care community with a supportive management team. The CNA helps residents with daily living, medication reminders and documentation, meals, housekeeping, and activities. The role contributes to resident care by communicating relevant information to the RN and other CNAs and supporting a safe, comfortable community environment.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, oral care, and incontinence
• remind residents to take medications, open containers, read labels, observe medication-taking, and document assistance
• sign and date ADLs in resident charts
• complete incident reports promptly
• communicate care information to the RN and other CNAs
• attend scheduled in-services and meetings
• assist with dishes, linens, beds, laundry, room cleaning, and trash
• escort residents to meals and activities or serve meals in rooms as needed
• encourage and assist participation in activities.
