Credit Solutions Representative

Job overview

The Credit Solutions Representative is a full-time, onsite position in Lincoln, NE; compensation is a base wage of $20 or more per hour, negotiable, with eligibility for monthly incentives and a discretionary annual gain-share payment. The role supports Liberty First Credit Union’s Credit Solutions/Lending department and its member services. The representative works with members on delinquent accounts while also assisting with lending and deposit needs and explaining credit union products. The role supports compliant account resolution, accurate reporting, and the credit union’s sales-and-service approach to member relationships.

What you'll do

• Assist members with delinquent accounts and options
• make collection calls on past-due loans and overdrawn deposit accounts
• support repossession recovery and sale processes
• process delinquency notices and related claims
• report delinquencies, foreclosures, and recovery plans
• prepare data and documents for legal actions
• assist with loan and deposit applications
• provide product information and quotes
• support account opening and lending as backup
• participate in training and community events.
