Job overview

The Preschool Teacher Aide – Floater role is onsite at the Malta site, with a regular schedule and assignments across classrooms as needed. Pay is $17.94 per hour. LifeWorks Community Action provides early childhood education and other community programs supporting neighbors facing poverty. The aide supports classroom teaching staff with daily activities and lessons, helps monitor children’s safety and behavior, and maintains a clean, organized classroom that meets daycare regulations and health standards. As a floater, the aide helps meet classroom needs across the site.

What you'll do

• Assist teaching staff with classroom activities, children’s and parent activities, and lesson plans
