Security Site Supervisor, Day Shift

The Security Site Supervisor, Day Shift role is onsite in Kansas City, MO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Compensation is $22.50 per hour. The supervisor leads onsite security operations, supports and directs assigned personnel, and helps ensure service quality and contract compliance. The role also handles staffing, scheduling, training, reporting, client requests, and operational recommendations.

What you'll do

• Oversee onsite security staffing, scheduling, and training
• ensure required training and screening are completed
• inspect personnel and job performance
• support payroll and incident reports
• assist with security surveys and post orders
• respond to client requests
• make emergency notifications as required
• direct subordinates
• recommend personnel actions and operational improvements.
