What you'll do

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists
• monitor adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards
• collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through supervisees
• use company tools to track progress and adjust treatment plans
• maintain supervisory documentation in the secure EHR
• participate in training and team meetings.
