The manager acts as the person in charge, directing crewmembers and maintaining operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Manage daily restaurant operations and act as manager on duty.
• Direct crewmembers, handle cash, and ensure accountability.
• Enforce company policies, document results, and take corrective action.
• Provide exemplary customer service and maintain facility cleanliness.
