What you'll do

• Assign work and monitor pharmacy fulfillment workflow
• coordinate staffing, schedules, workload, and priorities
• coach and develop technicians
• manage goals, performance reviews, documentation, and corrective action
• lead onboarding and training
• monitor quality through audits and process reviews
• ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, privacy requirements, policies, and procedures
• resolve operational escalations
• partner with pharmacy leadership and other teams
• and perform authorized technician duties when needed.
