The Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program Mental Health Therapist role is onsite in Columbia, MD, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Compensation is not specified. Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health provides evidence-based mental health treatment through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model. The therapist delivers individual and group care to adolescents in PHP levels of care, develops person-centered treatment plans, and coordinates with families and clinical colleagues to support treatment progress and transitions.
What you'll do
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adolescents in PHP
- develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- educate patients about diagnoses and treatment
- design and lead process, psychoeducational, and skills groups
- collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists
- participate in treatment meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
- coordinate with families and referral sources
- and complete timely clinical documentation.
