What you'll do

• Develop assigned target markets and prospect for commercial roofing opportunities
• use hail data and property intelligence to identify potential projects
• coordinate complimentary roof inspections for qualified properties
• explain the company’s inspection and restoration process
• conduct in-person meetings and property visits
• build relationships with property owners and portfolio managers
• partner with internal teams to advance opportunities
• maintain Salesforce records and meet activity, opportunity, and revenue goals.
