What you'll do

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and through authorized channels
• identify needs and recommend suitable parts, products, or services
• process sales, payments, returns, and exchanges
• follow up on quotes, inquiries, and orders
• maintain and replenish sales displays and merchandise
• assist with receiving and organizing goods
• support warehouse processing and, when needed, customer deliveries
• follow company procedures and safety standards.
