What you'll do

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot 5-axis CNC machining programs, primarily using hyperMILL
• operate CNC machines and related OEM software
• manage digital tool libraries and tool magazines
• adjust cutting parameters
• suggest design changes for manufacturability
• create fixtures as needed
• identify production bottlenecks
• improve processes
• and develop on-machine inspection strategies for complex components.
