• Lead and develop the Payments team, including Card Services and Money Movement
• oversee ACH, wires, share drafts, real-time payments, and card issuing and processing
• guide complex operations and business continuity
• manage service-provider relationships
• support product evaluation and strategic initiatives
• ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk
• and monitor performance metrics and reporting.
