What you'll do

• Coach and assess branch associates with the Banking Center Manager
• assist with employment, training, scheduling, and associate relations
• handle escalated situations
• support talent management and succession planning
• represent the bank at community events
• support branch performance and consumer loan growth
• develop community and business referrals
• prepare branch reports
• support AML/BSA, operational, audit, security, and business-continuity requirements
• serve customers in teller and other branch roles as needed
• assist with notary and signature-guarantee services
• support consumer and small-business banking products.
