Assistant Store Manager

What you'll do

• Provide guest service and recommend products
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll
• maintain clean, organized, merchandised store areas
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and daily reconciliation
• supervise and delegate tasks in the Store Manager’s absence
• follow opening and closing procedures.
