What you'll do

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family or relationship services
• facilitate group processes and educational presentations
• evaluate client progress
• document services and responses
• participate in treatment planning and review, discharge planning, managed-care contact, and quality-assurance activities as directed.
