What you'll do

• Provide in-person and phone customer service
• process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and transfers
• support vault and ATM balancing, cash shipments, and account verification
• process account maintenance requests
• prepare Currency Transaction Reports and follow BSA and SAR requirements
• identify suspicious or fraudulent activity
• assist with electronic banking
• research accounts and resolve inquiries and disputes
• recommend appropriate products and services
• open and maintain deposit accounts and related products
• prepare account documentation and disclosures
• comply with bank policies and regulations.
