Finance Systems & Transformation Manager

The Finance Systems & Transformation Manager role is onsite in Apex, NC. Compensation is $95,000–$120,000 per year. The role works with the CFO and finance team at Rand Coca-Cola Beverages, Inc., a growing Coca-Cola bottling company. The manager supports core accounting and financial operations while leading work on the transition to the VIP ERP environment. The role improves and automates finance processes, strengthens reporting and data integrity, and provides analysis for business and executive decisions.

What you'll do

• Support financial close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, inventory and payroll accounting, cash flow, audits, and variance analysis
• partner on ERP implementation and migration from eoStar and Dynamics GP to VIP Financials
• participate in process mapping, testing, validation, and training
• identify automation and workflow improvements
• support system integrations, dashboards, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
