Relief Resident Assistant

What you'll do

• Perform health, safety, and curfew checks as needed
• set the house alarm by the designated time
• provide guidance with interpersonal issues
• monitor adherence to program rules
• assist residents with access during lockouts
• respond to emergencies according to program procedures and alert the agency on-call supervisor when appropriate
• maintain professional boundaries and accurate records of checks and incidents.
