Process Planner

Job overview

The Process Planner is an onsite, full-time role in Batavia, NY, working primarily in an office and visiting the shop floor as needed. Pay is $20–$26 per hour. What you'll do

• Build and review manufacturing travelers
• ensure plans include project requirements and efficient fabrication steps
• coordinate material need-by dates with supply chain and purchasing
• create build-flow processes with manufacturing, engineering, and quality
• adjust operation start dates to balance demand and capacity
• help resolve master-schedule conflicts
• develop and maintain build-flow templates
• recommend process improvements
• prepare and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
• and update travelers when project requirements change. Overtime may be required.
