The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) role is an onsite, part-time position in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, paying $16–$18 per hour. BETTERELIEF CARE LLC provides care in clients’ homes. The caregiver implements each client’s daily care plan with professionalism and compassion, helping with personal care, mobility, companionship, errands, and appointments. The role also monitors and reports changes in clients’ health, behavior, and needs and maintains daily service records.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and stimulating activities
• perform or assist with shopping and errands
• transport or escort clients to appointments as needed
• monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs
• assist with mobility, personal care, and hygiene
• implement care plans
• maintain records of activities, observations, and service hours.
