Senior HVAC Service Technician

Job overview

The Senior HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, with pay of $40–$48 per hour. MPSW provides engineered HVAC solutions and technical support in Arizona. The technician performs inspections, equipment start-ups, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for commercial HVAC systems, helping maintain customer equipment and service contracts. The role also communicates findings and recommended corrective actions to customers and coordinates with project managers and service staff.

What you'll do

• Perform electrical and mechanical inspections, equipment start-ups, preventive maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment. Diagnose equipment issues
• perform filter changes, coil cleaning, and chiller tube brushing
• determine needed parts and materials
• use troubleshooting tools and refrigerant recovery equipment
• braze refrigerant piping and components
• report inspection findings and corrective actions
• coordinate with customers and internal teams
• submit paperwork
• follow safety practices. Travel for service and manufacturer training is required by the posting
• overtime and weekends may be required.
