What you'll do

• Manage assigned client books from coding through month-end close
• use QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• reconcile bank and credit-card accounts
• handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries as scoped per client
• prepare profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, and close workpapers
• maintain review-ready files
• meet monthly deadlines
• and flag missing documents or unusual activity.
