What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and direct calls
• identify customer needs and make referrals
• process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, and wire transfers
• open personal deposit accounts
• balance drawers and ATMs
• monitor cash levels
• maintain customer privacy
• process customer maintenance requests
• complete reports, proof work, and general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
