Mobile Service Field Specialist

What you'll do

• Consult with dealership leaders on mobile-service implementation, sales, operations, and workflow
• deliver technical and nontechnical training at dealerships and other venues
• demonstrate vehicle service procedures
• train teams on customer rapport and sales techniques
• assist with go-to-market plans
• analyze dealership processes and KPIs
• develop parts-stocking plans
• support recruiting and retention of mobile-service technicians and coordinators.
