What you'll do
- Coordinate residential quotes and orders for Lumberyard and Specialty Dealers
- answer incoming customer calls and identify customer needs
- assist with return merchandise authorizations and credit requests
- communicate order updates
- help customers use Quaker's Q1 quote and order system
- build customer relationships
- support sales representatives
- maintain knowledge of Q1, Green Screen, and residential window and door products
- review RMA data and prioritize order activities.
