The operator is responsible for ensuring quality and safety standards are met while supporting the lead programmer and troubleshooting machining issues.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to prints and work instructions.
• Install and adjust tooling and fixtures.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code.
• Load, verify, and edit programs.
• Support and back up the Lead CNC Programmer.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Monitor machines during production runs.
