The Intermodal Equipment Operator is an onsite role based in Houston, TX, with a starting pay range of $21.35–$23.72 per hour. This position supports the global supply chain operations team by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of shipping containers within the yard. This role exists to facilitate the loading, unloading, and relocation of freight containers using specialized heavy equipment. The operator contributes to the team's goals by maintaining accurate container handling and adhering to strict safety protocols to ensure timely logistics operations.

What you'll do

• Operate heavy equipment including hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders to load/unload railcars and trucks.
• Position containers and chassis within the yard.
• Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Coordinate moves with yard personnel and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
