What you'll do

• Operate and monitor boilers and cogeneration systems in compliance with New Jersey Boiler and Pressure Vessel standards
• maintain knowledge of N.J.A.C. 12:90 and ensure operations align with requirements
• inspect boilers and associated equipment and address issues
• ensure compliance with the National Board Inspection Code
• maintain required operating, inspection, and maintenance records
• follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
• train boiler operators
• coordinate and oversee subordinate operators
• diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions with maintenance teams
• identify efficiency improvements and recommend equipment adjustments or upgrades
• develop emergency response plans.

Why this role
