What you'll do

• Welcome customers
• identify needs, preferences, and budget
• present and demonstrate new and used vehicles
• conduct test drives under company safety procedures
• explain vehicle features, warranties, financing options, and products
• respond to inquiries and follow up on leads
• maintain customer and sales records in dealership systems
• coordinate with management and Finance & Insurance
• assist with paperwork, inventory, and vehicle presentation
• work toward sales goals.
