The Buyer II role is onsite in Salem, OR, with an anticipated annual base salary of $81,000–$105,000. Agility Robotics develops commercially deployed humanoid robots intended to support workers with physically demanding and repetitive tasks. The buyer manages procurement execution for assigned suppliers and commodities to ensure materials are available for engineering builds and production. The role coordinates supplier commitments, delivery performance, and supply risks while working with planning, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and global supply management teams.

What you'll do

• Manage purchase orders, confirmations, revisions, and delivery
• communicate with suppliers about schedules, shortages, engineering changes, and recovery plans
• monitor supplier performance and identify supply risks
• maintain ERP/MRP data
• support RFQs, quote analysis, and cost-reduction initiatives
• coordinate material readiness for prototype, validation, and production builds
• resolve material availability issues
• support supplier onboarding, invoice discrepancies, shipment issues, and receiving concerns
• provide cross-functional updates
• support new product introduction procurement planning.
