What you'll do

  • Create a safe, structured, supportive environment
  • build positive relationships and serve as a role model
  • supervise routines and activities
  • teach social, behavioral, and independent-living skills
  • support youth through challenges using trauma-informed care and de-escalation
  • assist with meals, hygiene, transportation, and daily living
  • document behaviors and progress
  • and participate in treatment planning and team meetings.
