What you'll do

• Supervise die-cutting operators and production staff across multiple shifts
• schedule daily production activities
• monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime
• oversee equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• maintain quality standards
• train employees on equipment and safety
• enforce workplace safety
• analyze production metrics and implement efficiency and waste-reduction improvements
• coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance
• manage staffing, evaluations, attendance, and employee development.
