What you'll do

• Estimate and negotiate change orders
• prepare and present cost plans
• review estimates with design teams and general contractors
• reconcile cost changes and validate contractor data
• prepare cost updates, reports, and written comments
• manage cost checks, valuations, contingency, commitment tracking, and change control
• review contractor pricing and lead client-side negotiations
• support value engineering and funding presentations
• negotiate final accounts and maintain benchmark records.
