What you'll do

• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• inspect work and coach colleagues
• track guest requests and coordinate maintenance concerns
• support daily operations, including cleaning rooms when needed and opening and closing duties
• supervise assigned-shift housekeeping, custodial, and laundry colleagues
• assign schedules and room work
• train and mentor team members
• coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments
• monitor supplies and assist with ordering
• support cost control, time-record review, payroll processes, financial reporting, and expense management.
