What you'll do

• Deliver classroom, hands-on, and field-based training
• coach employees
• develop training materials, procedures, and skills assessments
• evaluate competency and identify skill gaps
• partner with managers on improvement plans
• track training completion and results
• teach customer communication and solution presentation
• travel to field locations for ride-alongs, observations, and coaching.
