Area Director of Association Sales

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain accounts in Delphi and CI
• work between outside calls, hotels, and the Northeast Sales Office
• conduct solicitations, cold calls, site visits, and appointments
• log activities in Delphi and CI/TY
• submit weekly activity reports and schedules
• complete annual sales action plans
• visit top accounts quarterly
• ensure booked business meets hotel parameters
• prepare proposals, contracts, and booking documents
• attend community activities and regional or national trade shows as needed
• cross-sell affiliated hotels when appropriate
• help organize sales blitzes and events
• manage repeat business and attend weekly sales meetings.
