What you'll do

• Manage registrations, payments, forms, records, and program files
• communicate with families, instructors, volunteers, interns, mentors, and community partners
• coordinate schedules, supplies, materials, and logistics
• support classes, camps, robotics teams, youth programs, outreach, and events
• track budgets, expenses, revenue, invoices, attendance, and outcomes
• prepare basic reports
• coordinate event and student travel logistics
• create promotional materials
• collect feedback and provide administrative support to the Education & Outreach Manager and team.
