What you'll do

• Lead and train service technicians or helpers while working alongside them
• inspect commercial roofs and locate leaks
• recommend repairs
• repair and maintain TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, BUR, and roof-coating systems
• address seams, flashings, penetrations, drainage, and transitions
• follow manufacturer requirements and company quality standards
• help determine labor and material needs and provide information for small repair estimates
• document conditions and work with photos and daily reports
• communicate findings and next steps to customers
• organize service vehicles, tools, and materials
• follow and reinforce safety and fall-protection procedures.
