• Design and improve onboarding, learning paths, competency development, and organizational development programs. Administer assessments and engagement surveys
• analyze gaps
• prepare reports and recommendations
• manage employer branding, recognition, internal communications, and AI-enabled HR initiatives
• and evaluate and optimize the learning management system.
