What you'll do

• Advise financial services firms on federal securities laws and regulatory compliance
• counsel on the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act
• assist with fund formation, registration, regulatory examinations, enforcement matters, and ongoing compliance
• advise on cross-border regulatory issues and emerging matters involving ETFs, interval funds, BDCs, commodities, blockchain, and digital assets
• collaborate across practice areas.
