Landscape Construction and Maintenance Foreman

The role coordinates people, materials, and field conditions to deliver landscape work according to plans, company standards, and applicable codes.

What you'll do

• Lead and organize a crew of approximately three to four employees
• assign daily work and communicate priorities, specifications, and safety expectations
• work alongside crew members as needed
• read plans and sequence construction activities
• coordinate materials, deliveries, vendors, fabricators, and subcontractors
• track progress and report field updates
• maintain clean job sites
• identify conditions affecting schedule, drainage, grading, access, or installation
• confirm work meets plans, company standards, and applicable codes
• operate landscape tools and compact equipment safely
• train and support crew members.
