The Warehouse Forklift Operator – 1st Shift role is onsite in Fife, WA, with pay of $18–$22 per hour. The position supports DecoPac’s warehouse shipping, inventory control, receiving, and production material staging. The operator moves materials safely and accurately, maintains inventory records, and supports warehouse sanitation and food safety practices. The work helps ensure finished goods and incoming materials are handled and documented properly.

What you'll do

• Palletize, wrap, stage, pick, and pack finished goods
• receive and put away shipments
• operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
• prepare materials for production
• track lot numbers and inventory
• perform cycle counts
• maintain warehouse sanitation
• use personal protective equipment
• update the MRP system
• document deliveries
• follow safety and company policies.
