Human Resources Specialist

What you'll do

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, cold calling, referrals, schools, training programs, community events, and staffing partners
• write and maintain compliant job postings
• screen applicants and coordinate interviews
• manage references, background checks, and drug screens in accordance with company policy and Colorado law
• track recruiting activity and results
• help update job descriptions
• support employment matters and onboarding
• maintain confidential personnel records
• prepare reports for leadership
• meet a minimum hiring goal of five new hires per month.

Why this role
