The specialist drives system implementations, manages legal projects, handles reporting and analytics, and provides end-user training to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

• Analyze, design, and improve legal department workflows and policies
• Evaluate, implement, and administer legal technology solutions (CLM, e-billing, document management)
• Contribute to legal projects and system implementations
• Deliver end-user training and support system adoption
• Contribute to reporting and analytics, including spend management and dashboard configuration
• Support records management and knowledge management initiatives
• Partner with IT, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Compliance.
