Registered Dietitian — WIC Program

What you'll do

• Provide direct counseling during selected regular clinics and to referred high-risk patients
• certify and recertify eligible patients
• train WIC staff
• provide nutrition education lessons and ongoing topic training
• ensure counseling meets patient needs
• serve as liaison between DRCHC and the regional office
• support staff on nutrition and breastfeeding
• collaborate with local breastfeeding coordinators on the local initiative.
